A Model Composite Card which is also referred to as a comp card, z card or a sed card is a marketing tool much like a business card that is used by models and actors for auditions and self promotion. The card is a first impression representation of a model’s or actor’s portfolio containing a variety or range of photos.
A comp card is vital in making a lasting first impression on industry professionals and increases the model’s or actor’s possibilities for job opportunities.
Cards are traditionally 5.5×8.5 in size with a headshot on the front side and 3-5 images on the backside along with the person’s stats that also might include an agency logo and contact information.
Comp cards are designed in two quintessential designs shown. If you prefer a different design then the traditional or contemporary designs that are displayed, please indicate that on the order form. We will design something unique for you using our own creative liberty. An email proof will be sent to you within 48 hours or less of receiving your order. This allows you to verify the accuracy of the printed text and cropping of images. Your order will be shipped within 7-10 days of receiving your proof approval.

Headshots
Headshots are 8×10 photographs used as a tool for self-promotion with industry professionals. Headshots may serve a multitude of purposes depending on the person. Models use headshots as part of their portfolio. Entertainers and musicians use publicity shots as part of their press kits. Pageantry, radio and TV personalities use them for autographing, fan clubs and special appearances.
It is critical that anyone starting out in the acting or fashion industry have headshots available when requested by agents or casting directors.
